I know alot of things are being looked at currently, but any change you could bring up or look into minmatar tanking. I feel like the min suits should have a lower recharge delay than caldari, just makes sense if minmatar is supposed to be weak HP...

CR/ACR are fine on minmatar suits where they belong. Only OP when you start putting them on other tankier suits. If you lower ROF, the min suits should get a ROF bonus to compensate.
